Refund Policy

Thirty6 operates on total transparency. Talking to your AI matchmaker and receiving biodatas is always free. Because contact details are released only after mutual consent, introductions are non-refundable except in cases of verified technical billing failure.

1. Our refund philosophy: Don’t pay for hope

With Thirty6, you never pay to search or hope. Talking to your AI matchmaker, setting partner preferences, and receiving matching biodatas is completely free forever.

You pay a fee only after another family has reviewed your biodata and explicitly confirmed mutual interest in speaking with you. Because contact introductions are delivered immediately upon mutual affirmative consent, introduction fees are non-refundable once shared.

2. Eligible circumstances: Technical billing failures only

Refunds or billing credits are issued exclusively for verified technical failures:

  • Duplicate charges: Multiple billing charges caused by payment gateway processing errors for a single introduction transaction.
  • Technical delivery failure: Transaction debits where contact details were not successfully delivered due to a verified system failure.

All other transactions are strictly non-refundable once contact details have been dispatched.

3. What is strictly non-refundable

Because matchmaking involves voluntary personal communication and family choices, introduction fees cannot be refunded under any other circumstances. Specifically:

  • We cannot verify or issue refunds for invalid, disconnected, or incorrect contact details provided by families.
  • We cannot verify or issue refunds if an introduced family is slow to reply, unresponsive, or decides not to proceed with conversation.
  • We cannot issue refunds if an introduction does not culminate in a courtship, engagement, or marriage.

4. How to report a technical billing issue

If you experience a technical billing duplicate charge, simply message your AI matchmaker on WhatsApp with the message “Billing issue” or email our support team with your payment transaction ID. Our support team reviews all technical claims and processes resolution within 48 to 72 hours.

5. Settlement timeframe

Approved technical refunds are credited back to your original payment method (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking) within 5 to 7 banking days, subject to your issuing bank’s standard clearing timelines.
